Cookie Dough Balls

Heaven in a ball! Taste’s like dessert but can totally be enjoyed as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 bar Loving Earth chocolate or 1/4 cup raw cacao choc/dark choc chunks. (this is about 4 squares of choc)
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. rice malt syrup or maple syrup
  • Pinch or two sea salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp. filtered water (enough until the balls become sticky and doughy)

 

Method

  1. Pulse, adding the water slowly until dough reaches a chunky consistency.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Leave in fridge/freezer for 30 minutes to set.
