Heaven in a ball! Taste’s like dessert but can totally be enjoyed as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 bar Loving Earth chocolate or 1/4 cup raw cacao choc/dark choc chunks. (this is about 4 squares of choc)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 Tbsp. rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- Pinch or two sea salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 2-3 Tbsp. filtered water (enough until the balls become sticky and doughy)
Method
- Pulse, adding the water slowly until dough reaches a chunky consistency.
- Roll into balls.
- Leave in fridge/freezer for 30 minutes to set.
